Sometimes Church Hurts…

• People who are gay
• People of science (especially evolution)…
• People who doubt religious dogma…
• People who get divorced…
• People who don’t conform to group-think…
• People who live together and aren’t married…
• People whose lives don’t look very tidy…
• People who enjoy beer …………                                 ..more>>

So first off; We apologize for all the dumb things we Christians have done, and sometimes still do, especially when we do them in the name of Jesus (who taught us better!)

Second, people hurt by church, usually leave church. Of course they do.
However, on the spiritual journey, it’s a truism that people make better progress together than they do alone.

So it’s a dilemma!
- On the one hand, we can’t abide the toxicity of church…
- On the other hand, we need a spiritual community.

Is it your dilemma?
